Girls' Rugby
Overview
Cork Constitution fosters an inclusive environment where girls of all skill levels can thrive, learn, and grow, both as players and individuals. With every tackle, pass, and try, they break stereotypes and inspire one another, proving that rugby is not just a sport but a powerful platform for building confidence and lifelong friendships.
All the girls train on a Saturday morning at 9:30. Extra training sessions also take
place for U14 during to week to enable them to be prepared for the league
matches. Matches are usually on a Sunday but sometimes on a Saturday. We try to ensure that all age groups get enough game time.

The girls also have team building days where we go support women’s rugby as a
squad and have a fun day out together. The girls also support the senior Con team by being ball girls at the AIL matches or being mascots.
