Cork Con FC U20 24-0 Greystones
Venue: Temple Hill
Competition: Under 20 Fraser McMullen Cup Quarter-final
Match Report:

Cork Constitution U20 XV continued their successful season with a quarter final victory over Greystones at Temple Hill on Saturday afternoon in the Fraser McMullen Cup. They will now meet Lansdowne in the semi final, and have been favoured with another home draw. The tie will take place at Temple Hill next Saturday at a time to be confirmed.

First half tries for Constitution by Sonny Dwyer, Darragh Moloney and a penalty and two conversions by  Tomas Quinlan had Constitution 17-0 ahead at the break. Liam O’Connell had a try in the second half, again converted by Tomas Quinlan.

The greasy ball and wet pitch made it difficult for both sides to be accurate, but Constitution will be pleased that their game held up in the conditions.

The other quarter final results were: UCC   13   UCD   20
Lansdowne   44 Buccaneers   3
Terenure College 32   Bruff  7

The semi final pairings are Cork Constitution  v Lansdowne
    UCD  v Terenure College

To be played next Saturday 5th April, with times to be confirmed early in the week.
