Match Report:
Cork Constitution travelled to Limerick on Saturday and engaged Old Crescent in a senior friendly, both sides having lost their respective Munster Senior Cup matches last week against Garryowen and Dolphin. It was a prefect opportunity to give game time to new players and new partnerships.
Constitution led 19-0 at half time with tries from James Ryan, Robert Clune and Sean Scanlon, with Dan O’Shea adding two conversions.
Despite a few heavy showers the play continued to be open with regular scores. Graham Murray and John Ryan scored tries before Old Crescent opened their account with a try.
